2 to 3 Day Priority Delivery, February 11, 2014

**Due to the severe winter weather conditions throughout the country. We can not guarantee delivery of your order on a specific date. It could be delayed by a day depending on weather conditions in that area of the country. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER must be sent to via email with your name and order number before the order is shipped. We do not accept verbal cancellations over the phone nor by leaving a voice mail message. If you fail to communicate a cancellation of an order to us we will not be held responsible to reimburse you for the entire amount of the order. A 50% restocking fee less the shipping and handling will be deducted from your order total, no exceptions.

Refunds: Any and all items that are not in stock or received broken at the time the order was placed will be refunded. Our refund cycles are run on the 15th and 30th day of the month. Please allow two cycles for your refund to be applied.

If a refund is pending product return and a charge back is entered before the merchandise is returned. There will be a automatic 25% service charge applied to your account for inappropriate charge back placement.

All orders that require gift wrapping or personalization will be delayed 2 to 3 days before the item is shipped regardless of the shipping method that was chosen.

The CURRENT SHIPPING CHARGES that are calculated on your order maybe SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE, due to an automatic postal increase, you will be billed the extra amount separately. You do have the right to return the order for full credit minus the current shipping charges that were calculated on the order.

Returned Merchandise and Cancellations:

Please take notice that we can NOT accept any returns on inflatables, Food Products such as Candy Favors, Pops, Pasta or personalized items.

At the time of placing the order we ask you to tell us in the comments area of the order form what date you need the order by. If for some reason your order did not state the date needed by in the comments area of the order form and your items did not reach its destination by the date required. We can NOT be held responsible. If the order is returned it will be subject to a 50% restocking fee minus the shipping and handling charge.

Here are a few basic requirements for returns:

Items must be received in new and unused condition and not missing any items (including the original packaging).

Any return received with missing items or without original packaging will not be credited.

Items must be received in the original unopened and factory sealed package. (Please look at item carefully before opening the factory sealed packaging.)
